Happy 3 months!
3 months already, can you believe it? I have been absolutely loving exploring my new passion for baking and eating it too!
Since picking up the whisk during lockdown, I feel I have a new found appreciation for food. Of course I have always had a love for food, who doesn’t love stuffing their face with sweet goodies, but I feel like it’s a whole new level of appreciation. I now take the time when walking down the high street or going out for dinner to notice what’s around me, from the local cafes and bakery’s to the chains and take aways. How did they get there? Have they always loved food and decided to open a business or was it passed down to them from family? I appreciate the time and effort going into the preparation, I mean kudos to my mum for cooking for however many people over however many years!
Even though I might not be baking every week, it’s always on my mind and I’m loving hatching plans which includes my next big challenge...
