Letter box NYC cookies

 To say that lockdown 3 has been tough is an understatement. I am really missing my friends and family and have struggled to deal with the government/my works approach to lockdown.

So I’ve decided to put my energy into something that makes me happy. It has been great discovering my love for baking over the last 9 months but it’s been gutting not being able to share my bakes with people, this leaves me eating everything myself which is not good for my waistline! 

LETTER BOX NYC COOKIES! 

My cookies have been a hit ever since I first made them. The soft sweet cookie dough and ridiculously gooey chocolate centre is so heavenly, it makes my mouth water just thinking about them! So why not let people have these delicious treats delivered right to their door! 

I didn’t want to do something that was going to  be difficult to manage whilst working full time or would leave me having to queue at the post office on my days off. Letter box cookies are convenient, quick and easy to bake and after a trial run, delivery was successful too! 

Of course this is something small to share with my family and friends but who knows what can happen in the future 🤎
