Who loves banana bread?

Why haven’t I baked banana bread yet?

Well, I love bananas and I love bananas so much that they never get ripe enough to make banana bread as I will always eat them first. It was a very rare occasion last Thursday that I did have some ripe bananas left so I figured it was time to finally give it ago. 

My mum shared her recipe which I knew would be super tasty and was such an easy recipe compared to some I found online. 

Once baked, it smelt incredible. So so incredible. It was light, fluffy and most importantly, very bananary! 

I was super chuffed with it and will definitely be baking it again!!
