Time to up my brownie game

I haven’t tried to bake many brownies because I love brownies and have very high expectations. I have since been given lots of awesome recipes but haven’t yet taken the plunge. I didn’t have much in the way of ingredients and I found a recipe on Jane’s patisserie (yes I really like her blog) that said easy and only needed three ingredients. She had confessed on her blog that it wasn’t an amazing brownie but it was so easy I thought I’d try it. It basically had flour, eggs and a lot of Nutella in it! I did add a tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter as I thought it might help with the texture and break up the chocolateyness. The brownie was ok, I won’t say it was amazing and I think I should have taken it out of the oven sooner but anything chocolatey is good in my books.
